RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

You must send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from choosing a non-standard shipping method).

Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return Shipping

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

As goods are shipped directly by our suppliers (dropshipping model), the return address will be provided after you contact us.

Returned goods must be sent back within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of withdrawal.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The following may result in reduced refunds or refusal of refund due to diminished value:

  • Installation or assembly

  • Use in a vehicle

  • Technical modification

  • Visible wear beyond inspection

  • Damage caused after delivery

5. Used Motorcycle Parts

Used spare parts are sold in their described condition.

The right of withdrawal applies to used goods; however:

Installation, use, modification, or damage beyond normal inspection may result in compensation for loss of value.

Parts that have been installed or technically altered may be excluded from full refund if deterioration exceeds normal inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds may be refused in the following cases:

  • Goods returned after the 14-day withdrawal period

  • Goods returned without prior notification

  • Goods damaged due to improper handling

  • Goods not returned to the provided return address

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

In such cases, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with statutory warranty rights.

For used goods, the statutory warranty period is limited to one (1) year from delivery.

8. International Orders

For international shipments outside the European Union:

Customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the buyer.

Customs charges are non-refundable.

9. Small Business Regulation

According to §19 German VAT Act (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.
