2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the online store of Natar Moto Parts by consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer.

By clicking the button “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” (or equivalent), you submit a binding offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded only when:

  • We confirm your order by email, or

  • The goods are dispatched.

4. Product Availability

If a product is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right not to accept your offer.

Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

In the event of partial unavailability, we will inform you. Available items may be delivered separately, and unavailable items will be refunded.

5. Self-Supply Reservation

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if, despite proper procurement, we are not supplied correctly or on time by our suppliers and we are not responsible for the non-delivery.

In such cases, payments will be refunded immediately.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.

In accordance with §19 German VAT Act (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Available payment methods include:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Bank Transfer (if offered)

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

7. Delivery

Delivery times:

Europe: 5–15 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Delivery is carried out directly by our suppliers (dropshipping model).

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or international transport conditions.

8. International Deliveries and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the buyer.

Within the European Union, customs duties generally do not apply. However, local import or handling charges may still occur.

The buyer is responsible for complying with local import regulations.

9. Warranty

For new goods, statutory warranty rights apply.

For used goods, the warranty period is limited to one (1) year from delivery, as permitted by German law.

Used parts are sold in their described condition.

The following are excluded from warranty claims:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Improper use

  • External damage

  • Modifications made by the buyer

10. Liability

We are fully liable for:

  • Intent

  • Gross negligence

  • Injury to life, body, or health

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from breach of essential contractual obligations.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

12. Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
