Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to the customer.

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping may not be possible.

5. Shipping Costs

6. Partial Deliveries

Additional shipping costs will not be charged for partial deliveries unless explicitly agreed.

For deliveries outside the European Union:

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, reshipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution in accordance with statutory obligations.
10. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Not all suppliers may provide real-time tracking updates.
11. Small Business Notice
According to §19 German VAT Act (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.
